Massage Therapy has proven to play a vital role in the general wellbeing of individuals and has increased in popularity as an alternative and natural therapy.

Due to the increased pressures placed upon us in todays society, the body can undergo tremendous stress both psychologically and physiologically and this is where massage can play a crucial role in establishing equilibrium.

Massage is the manual manipulation of soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia) using different massage modalities to enhance a person's health and wellbeing. A regular massage will not only assist in relieving stress and anxiety but also has the benefits of lowering blood pressure, reduce pain, relax muscles and assist in the rehabilitation of injured muscles.

Here at Body Renew Massage Therapy, my aim is to reach this state of health and wellbeing by offering treatments that are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. A pre assessment is undertaken to evaluate the most appropriate treatment plan suitable to help achieve maximum results using a combination of different modalities.

All treatment plans are discussed with the client prior to the massage commencing, with consent given. We can cater for all age groups and genders and any fitness levels with proven results.
